Parklane, a Luxury Collection Resort & Spa has unveiled its extensive meetings & events offering following a multimillion euro investment into its facilities; propelling Cyprus into a new era as a MICE destination. 
Opening 4th March 2019 as part of Marriott International’s highly prestigious The Luxury Collection brand, Parklane will offer seven meeting rooms, which can be converted into 11 professional conference facilities, including the Amphora Room and the prestigious Parklane Diamond Ballroom.


 Designed with state-of-the-art technology and luxury amenities, each meeting and events space can accommodate tailored events to suit all requirements.

The Parklane Diamond Ballroom is an 800 sqm pillar-free multifunction facility, offering event organisers and clients the ideal space to host large corporate events such as conferences, product launches and weddings. The highly versatile space can host up to 600 people and has a built-in theatrical stage and the ability to be split into two sections.

Designed to adapt to all event needs, the Parklane Diamond Ballroom is equipped with the highest-quality technology to enhance its event offering.  This includes a Christie Boxer 2k20 projection system with five projectors and five screens positioned around the ballroom and a JBL by Harman sound system with its flagship VTX series PA installation.  The ballroom also features a DTS lighting system which has the ability to create a choice of ambient atmospheres and allow for different lighting fixtures to be pin pointed and programmed to various set positions, as well as 32 electrical motor devices.  This gives clients the option to make their event stand out through installing unique installations, such as extra scenery or podium platforms, to hang above delegates during events for ultimate visibility.

Located adjacent to the Parklane Diamond Ballroom is the 500sqm Amphora Room.  Ideal for larger meetings, product exhibitions and banquet-style social functions, the space can host up to 350 people and includes a 225spm terrace area with sea views, making it a picturesque spot to host a private event. The space is equipped with eight electrical motor devices that have been placed around the room, a Christie D12HD-H projection system with three screens and three projectors located throughout, along with a JBL VRX sound system.

For smaller gatherings, event planners can choose from five additional meeting rooms situated on the same level as the two larger halls.  The Pine, Citrus, Rose, Jasmine and Oval rooms feature state-of-the-art audio-visual systems with natural daylight and are flexible to accommodate between 10-100 people.  All meeting spaces are complete with high ceilings and are equipped with four built-in 84” LFD screens, conference microphone systems and projections.  These versatile meeting rooms can also be divided into two sections to accommodate different function needs.
