First of the planned culinary evenings kicks off the inaugural event for the 2018 Visiting Chef Series at Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air
Wolfgang Puck will be joined by renowned chefs Walter Manzke and Jean François Piège in his signature restaurant Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air on Tuesday, May 8, 2018 marking the return of the restaurant’s popular Visiting Chefs Series. Following this event, all three chefs will collaborate once again for another extraordinary dining occasion at Republique on Thursday, May 10, 2018.


May 8 – Wolfgang Puck at Hotel Bel-Air
Chef Hugo Bolanos, executive chef of Hotel Bel-Air, will join chef Puck in preparing two courses, with chef Manzke and chef Piège also preparing courses that showcase their individual culinary talents.

This special culinary experience will be priced at $195 per person excluding taxes with optional wine pairing for $95 or ultra-wine pairing for $195. Part of the proceeds will be donated to the non-profit organisation Chefs to End Hunger.

May 10 - Republique
Chef Manzke will welcome chef Puck and chef Piège to his popular bakery, café, bar and restaurant, where guests will enjoy a six-course dinner priced at $195 per person excluding taxes with optional wine pairing for $95 or ultra-wine pairing for $195.
