New Ikos Resorts Properties
The first new Ikos Resorts property, the third in the group, will be located on the beautiful island of Corfu and is set to open in May 2018. Corfu Chandris and Dassia Chandris hotels have been acquired and a total renovation will take place on both properties, which will become a single 5* property. With a planned investment of €110m, the new Ikos Dassia will showcase approximately 410 rooms and suites. Located in the beautiful area of Dassia, located only 10 minutes from Corfu town, this property will be perfectly positioned for guests to explore the history and culture of Corfu.
The fourth Ikos Resorts property is due to open in 2019 and will be situated in Kefalos on the island of Kos.
