HotelTonight expands HT Aces mobile concierge service to London, Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Aces provide local knowledge, reservation services and facilitate in-hotel customer requests

HotelTonight, the leading mobile-only, last-minute hotel booking platform for iOS and Android, today announces the expansion of its Aces service to London, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, Perth, Auckland, Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver. Aces has previously been available across the US in Washington DC, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco and San Diego since July. Today’s expansion is a direct result of the positive feedback from bookers using the service in the US.

Aces connects bookers with a real-life human concierge within the app, via a messenger style interface. Aces can provide users with local, in-the-know tips including; restaurant recommendations and attraction bookings along with arranging special requests whilst at the hotel. Whether that’s some extra towels, a room with a view, or a late checkout, an Ace can provide users with whatever they need throughout their stay - all they need to do is ask, and stay within the boundaries of local laws of course!!  

Users are invited to use the service as soon as they check-in and can continue to speak with their Ace throughout their stay. Aces is perfect for the always-on-the-go business traveller, those checking out a city they’ve never visited before, or anyone who just wants to let someone else handle the details.
