Available from 22 April, Hôtel Byblos will launch an exclusive package whereby guests can go on a luxurious Tropezian wine journey and visit one of the vineyards on the Saint-Tropez Peninsula.
Along with a tour of the estate, a wine tasting will be available for adults and a picnic, specially created by chef Vincent Maillard, will be included for couples or families to enjoy whilst overlooking the breathtaking view of the Saint-Tropez Peninsula. Upon their return to the hotel, guests will be offered wine pairing gourmet dinner at Le Rivea restaurant by Alain Ducasse.
Priced at €745 for 2 persons per night, the ‘Grape Harvesting Time’ package includes:

The hotel will also offer ‘Like a Chef’ package where chef Vincent Maillard will share his expertise on everything food and beverage related with special masterclasses. Participants will learn the art of preparing meals with an emphasis on the Mediterranean’s regional products. Starting with a visit to the market to pick local ingredients, guests will then create a menu with dishes that they will then enjoy and pair with some of the best regional wines. For those wanting to get back in shape for the upcoming summer months, Hôtel Byblos will introduce a complete fitness plan to get fit and reshape the silhouette with its ‘Detox and Rebuild’ packages. These packages offer guests 3-nights in a deluxe room, the opportunity to hike on different areas of the peninsula, a private gym coaching, and an LPG face and body massage with spa treatments by Sisley. Accompanied by a healthy breakfast and dietary meals throughout the day at both Le B and Le Rivea restaurants with unlimited access to the hammam and heated outdoor swimming pool, guests can leave Hôtel Byblos feeling refreshed and revitalised.
The hotel will also unveil the refreshed ‘Hameau’ which was originally designed in 1967 by the French architects Christian Auvrignon, Philippe Sicardon and Monnin. All suites in this part of the hotel have been redesigned in order to enhance guest experience and comfort, featuring artworks from award winning Roger Capron and Jean Derval, as well as the wood and bronze sculptures of Pierre Margara. Surrounded by colourful facades, guests will be able to relax and enjoy the tranquillity of this space.
