Celebrity Cruises wins ‘Best Customer Experience’ at the London and South East Contact Centre Awards

The leading modern luxury cruise line Celebrity Cruises is celebrating winning the ‘Best Customer Experience’ award at the London and South East Contact Centre Awards ahead of tough competition from the Telegraph Media Group, Legal & General and True Telecom.

The awards are recognised as one of the most prestigious accolades for customer service across London and the south-east of England.

Held in London on Friday 23rd June, The London and South East Contact Centre Awards reward innovation, team-working, employee engagement and the delivery of superb customer experiences.

Celebrity Cruises was commended for its ‘World At Your Service’ strategy of personalised, genuine and knowledgeable dialogue with trade partners and guests. Its ‘one-touch’ approach of solution-focused customer service has enabled the contact centre team to resolve 95 per cent of trade partner and guest queries within one call or email. In turn, Celebrity Cruises’ quality assurance programmes and employee recognition programme have had a demonstrable impact on the productivity and engagement levels of Celebrity Cruises’ contact centre and trade and customer service staff.
