In a glittering award ceremony held in St Petersburg, Russia, Big Fish & Bar was named as the top “Luxury Resort Restaurant” in Asia, and even more impressively, it was selected as the best “Luxury Beachside Restaurant” in the world. These remarkable achievements are a reflection of the gastronomic ingenuity and innovation being demonstrated at Big Fish & Bar.

Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square receives City Heritage Award

On Friday 19th July, Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square, developed by the Reignwood Group, was announced as the winner of the annual City Heritage Award. Nominated by the City Heritage Society and the Worshipful Company of Painter-Stainers, the accolade is given to the best conservation or refurbishment project in the City of London.

Leading hoteliers celebrate success at IHG Star Awards

RBH, which boasts a portfolio of more than 45 hotels – including 23 IHG properties – picked up six prestigious accolades on the night.

De Vere Horsley Estate’s Executive Chef wins UK Copper Skillet

Benjamin Parris, Executive Head Chef at De Vere Horsley Estate, located in East Horsley, was crowned Senior Chef Champion at the IACC UK Copper Skillet competition, held at The Woodlands Event Centre on 4th June 2019. Benjamin now progresses to the next stage competing in the European Copper Skillet final in Belgium, October 2019.
