For the third year running LGH Hotels Management Ltd – formerly LHMUK - has secured major success at the highly prestigious VenueVerdict Awards. LGH secured two Group Awards for 2018: No. 1 Large Group (for those who host 15 properties or more), and the Gold Standard Group Award, given to the hotel group with the highest number of venues achieving VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.

Luton Hoo Hotel names assistant C&B manager Ebony employee of the year

Five-star countryside hotel Luton Hoo Hotel, Golf & Spa has celebrated the hard work and dedication of its assistant C&B manager Ebony Dolly by naming her employee of the year.
Ebony, who has worked at the luxury hotel since 2015, was awarded the accolade of employee of the year for her exceptional guest service, her mentoring of new team members and her positive and supportive attitude.

Didzis Neimanis named Rising Star of the Year at the Business Travel Awards

On Monday evening, Didzis Neimanis, Head Concierge at Amba Hotel Charing Cross, won the Rising Star of The Year Award at the Business Travel Awards 2019. Not one to shy away from a challenge, Didzis has high ambitions and a passion for the concierge industry that can’t be matched, and at just 30 years old he is one of the youngest Head Concierges in the country.
