Vinkeles at The Dylan continues to strengthen its foodie credentials at the 2016 Gault & Millau Awards

Restaurant received Maître-d of The Year accolade and moves up to 18 points

Restaurant Vinkeles at The Dylan Amsterdam was recognised for its ongoing commitment to culinary excellence at the recent Gault & Millau Awards. The prestigious ceremony celebrating the highly-regarded guide took place in Utrecht and saw Casper Westerveld host of the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant Vinkeles, take home the esteemed Maitre-d of The Year Award. Vinkeles has also climbed up the rankings to 18 points and is now one of only eight prestigious restaurants in The Netherlands with such a high score.
