Tobacco Dock dishes out award-winning food

Tobacco Dock’s in-house catering team Tobacco Dock Food, a joint-venture with the Eventist Group, has beaten off international competition and scooped two coveted industry awards this month.

Eventist Group won the sought-after title of Event Caterer of the Year at the 2017 Foodservice Cateys, with Tobacco Dock Food highlighted for the first fully vegan menu for Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics’ two day summit. 

Tobacco Dock Food then went on to win Best Catering at a Venue at the prestigious London Venue Awards on Friday. The company was picked out for its first class menus, flexibility of services, excellent customer relations, efficient catering times and glowing feedback from clients.

These award wins follow what has already been Tobacco Dock Food’s best ever year, with the company having seen a 32% increase in business and having currently contracted 28 events for the remainder of 2017 plus over 18,700 guests booked for corporate Christmas parties in December.

Tobacco Dock was also honoured with the silver trophy in the Best London Venue 1000+ attendees, adding to its wins in 2015 and 2016 of Best Unusual or Unique Venue and Most Versatile Venue for over 1,000 guests.
