Sundial Venues Achieve Gold for Customer Service
Sundial Group’s two meeting venues, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire have both been awarded ‘VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation' by BDRC Continental for delivering consistently exceptional customer service in 2015.

BDRC Continental is the UK’s largest market research consultancy, and their VenueVerdict survey featured around 375 meeting venues and hotels across the UK and Ireland.  

This is the second year running that Highgate House and Woodside have achieved the Gold Standard Accreditation, while the group’s Surrey based venue, Barnett Hill, has achieved the Highly Commended Accreditation.  

Based on customer feedback, these accreditations are testament to Sundial Group’s continued dedication to providing exceptional customer service at its three meeting venues.
