Sundial Group AIMs high with new accreditation

Sundial Group has secured the prestigious Accredited in Meetings (AIM) accreditation by the Meetings Industry Association (mia) at its two business hotels, Highgate House in Northamptonshire and Woodside in Warwickshire.

The accreditation is the UK’s nationally recognised standard for venues and service providers in the meetings and events industry, and the stamp of quality assurance provides customers  with a benchmark of the highest standard.  

Highgate House and Woodside met a rigorous set of agreed standards in order to achieve the accreditation, adhering to a strict code of practice and demonstrating their excellence in terms of legal compliance, ethical codes of conduct, quality of facilities and customer experience.  

Commenting on the accreditation, Managing Director, Tim Chudley, said:   “Achieving AIM accreditation at Highgate House and Woodside reinforces our position as experts in events and demonstrates the high standards and quality service that we adhere to in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience.”
