Shakespeare's England celebrates hotelier award wins

Shakespeare’s England, the destination management organisation for Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Kenilworth, Royal Leamington Spa and the surrounding area, is celebrating a number of prestigious industry awards wins for two of its hoteliers.

QHotels, which run The Stratford and Stratford Manor Hotels in Stratford-upon-Avon, has scooped the prestigious AA Hotel Group of the Year 2014/15 award. Awarded to QHotels for the second time, this latest accolade underlines the group’s commitment to deliver outstanding standards of customer service and product across its collection of 21 unique and four-star hotels within the UK.  The award win also comes on the back of several other awards this year including No.1 UK Hotel Chain from Which? and Hotel of the Year for The Midland at the Caterer and Hotelkeeper Awards.

In addition, the Midlands-based Eden Hotel Collection who own The Arden Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon and Mallory Court in Royal Leamington Spa, has been awarded the coveted accolade of AA Small Hotel Group of the Year 2014. The award recognises small hotel companies which have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to improve and develop their portfolio of hotels, while maintaining a high level of consistency throughout the group.  The Eden Hotel Collection is a privately-owned group of nine luxury hotels across the Midlands, the Cotswolds and the South West.

Robin Tjolle, Destination Manager of Shakespeare’s England stated “We are immensely proud that both hotel groups with properties in our area have won this prestigious AA industry award which is testament to the high standards and commitment to excellence they maintain.  Both winners along with our other hotels and B+B’s are instrumental in delivering a high quality experience for our visitors and ensuring that Shakespeare’s England truly is an award winning place to stay”.
