Rookery Hall Hotel in Cheshire wins Business Tourism Award at Visit England Awards for Excellence

Rookery Hall Hotel & Spa in Nantwich, Cheshire, has scooped the Silver Business Tourism Award at the Visit England Awards for Excellence 2018.  The historic 4-star hotel, located within 38 acres of picturesque Cheshire countryside, is part of the country house hotel group, Hand Picked Hotels. 

Working collaboratively with the industry, VisitEngland’s Awards for Excellence celebrate the very best in English tourism, recognising businesses that champion exceptional best practice and customer service. The winners were revealed at the 29th awards ceremony held at The Assembly Rooms in Bath on 23 April.

Built in 1816, Rookery Hall has eight events spaces located across the estate which includes the purpose-built Nantwich Suite. A later edition to the hotel, the self-contained Nanwich has a dedicated entrance and features the Worleston room for up to 200 delegates offering floor-to-ceiling windows with direct access onto terraces and lawns, as well as multiple breakout rooms across two floors, a bar and cloakrooms.

For residential conferences, the hotel has 70 bedrooms including modern executive rooms and feature suites, in addition to a 2 AA Rosette restaurant, a lounge bar, a contemporary spa and health club with an indoor swimming pool, a hydrotherapy pool, a sauna, a steam room, nail bar and seven treatment rooms offering treatments from leading product houses.  The hotel also has ample free parking and offers free Wi-Fi.

Rookery Hall is located within easy access of the M6 and just over 1 ½ hours by train from London into Crewe.
