The Business Travel Awards recognise and praise the achievements of the travel industry’s prominent and best companies which have performed exceptionally throughout the past year. The independent panel of judges included the most experienced buyers in the business to leading consultants and high quality journalists. “Comfort, convenience and choice” is how the judges summed up Qatar Airways’ offering in this category. “Qatar Airways offers a fantastic long haul network and an outstanding CSR programme but the big differentiator is its total customer-centric approach to service”.
