Premier Inn scoops TripAdvisor Travellers' Choice Awards in three locations

Three Premier Inn hotels around the UK and Ireland have been awarded TripAdvisor Traveller’s Choice Awards thanks to fantastic customer service, staff friendliness and overall great value. The hotels fought off stiff competition from thousands of hotels and have been recognised by being named in the Top 25 Bargain hotels list in the recent 2016 awards.

The Premier Inn hotels to have made the list are Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Preston South (Craven Drive) at numbers 22 and 25 respectively, and in the Top 25 Irish Bargain hotels the Dublin Airport hotel came in at number 12.  

Guests staying at the hotels have made their voices heard with a stream of positive reviews submitted to travel website TripAdvisor. The accolade is based on guest feedback and takes into account the consistency and volume of reviews over the course of a year.

The hotels were recognised for consistently achieving excellent reviews and ranking highly for value for money. Glowing reviews can be read when visiting the hotel pages on TripAdvisor, and comments from regular visitors also demonstrate why the hotel is winning awards.  

One regular guest at Premier Inn Liverpool John Lennon Airport commented “The hotel has been a home from home for the best part of 18 months. The staff are helpful, cheerful and nothing is too much. The rooms are spotless and clean, and the beds are very comfortable too!”  

Last year (2014-2015), over 80% of Premier Inn hotels also achieved a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence - which recognises the accommodations, attractions and eateries that make perfect trips possible.
