Media Zoo wins 'Production Company of the Year' for the second year running at EVCOM

Media Zoo, one of London’s leading communications agencies, goes from strength to strength, picking up a total of 5 awards at this year’s EVCOM Industry Awards

Media Zoo has been named ‘Production Company of the Year’ at the EVCOM (Events and Visual Communication Association) Industry Awards for the second year running. It is the first company to ever receive this award twice in a row.

The EVCOM Industry Awards are the most prestigious awards in the UK corporate film and visual communications industry. The ‘Production Company of the Year’ award celebrates the business that has broken new ground in using visual communications to provide exceptional business solutions for clients.

Proving to be a stellar evening for Media Zoo, the company picked up a total of 5 awards across a range of categories including Brand Communications, Regular Communications and Communications Effectiveness. Earlier this year, the agency won two prestigious “Dolpins” at the Cannes Corporate Media & TV Awards, two golds and a silver at EVCOM’s Screen Awards, and a gold at the Training Journal Awards.

Media Zoo is now recognized as one of the fastest movers in the Televisual Corporate Top 50, leaping up to 7th place this year and is also ranked as one of the UK’s top thirty independent PR companies by PR Week.

As well as being named ‘Production Company of the Year’, Media Zoo received a Gold award in Regular Communications for their quarterly film magazine for INEOS called IN.TV. This programme provides staff with an engaging overview of company activities across the globe.

The company also picked up Gold for Communication Effectiveness for their "Smart Business Insights" film which was produced for Barclays Bank.

Rounding off the wins were a Silver and a Bronze award for the agency’s work on the launch of Projekt Grenadier, INEOS new plan to launch a brand new 4x4 vehicle. Media Zoo secured over 200 individual pieces of coverage for this new car worth over £2.5 million AVE from tier one media outlets across the globe.
