London Marriott Hotel Kensington crowned best conference venue

The four-star London Marriott Hotel Kensington has received a coveted award for its dedication to delivering innovation, expertise and success in the meetings and events industry.  
The landmark property was named Best Conference Venue (less than 500 delegates) at the Conference Awards 2015, which celebrates venues that demonstrate excellence in the meetings, incentives, conferences and events sectors.

Awarded for brilliance in the industry, London Marriott Kensington was recognised by the panel for its first class conference facilities, flexible services and modern technology, as well as its competitive pricing, fantastic customer care, and outstanding catering.  

A judging panel consisting of market experts and industry practitioners evaluated a variety of UK venues at the prestigious award ceremony, which took place at The Hurlingham Club on Friday 3rd July.  

Speaking about the award, General Manager, John Laird, said: “This award is testament to the fact that the team at London Marriott Kensington work extremely hard to offer the highest quality experience for our guests.  

“We pride ourselves on our competitive pricing and our fantastic services and we hope to further improve our offering so that we can continue to be recognised as providing the best meeting experience in London.”  

The award also follows a £1.3million re-development programme implemented to make the hotel the flagship UK Marriott property for meeting space, incorporating social, mobile, collaborative and creative work into the meetings offering.
