
The event saw The Hotel of the Year-Focus Service awarded to Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh Airport with the Hotel of the Year-Full Service category won by Hotel Indigo Newcastle.
The General Manager of the Year-Focus Service was awarded to Joanne Gray of Holiday Inn Express Birmingham SnowHill and the General Manager of the Year-Full Service was won by Steve Brazil, Holiday Inn Southend.
