Inntel's high standards recognised with three awards

Inntel retain ISO standards and Travel Plan awards

Following a recent independent audit, Inntel, one of the UK’s leading meeting and travel management agencies, have been successful in retaining their ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations for a further 3 years.
Having been first awarded ISO 9001 in 1994, which focuses on a number of principles including strong customer focus and continual improvement, Inntel are very proud to have retained the Quality Management System for the last 21 years.

Inntel are equally pleased to have been awarded ISO 14001, first achieved in 2009 and represents the hard work put into developing a successful framework for an effective environmental system that has seen a reduction in waste and savings in energy consumption.  

In addition to the ISO standards, Inntel have also been awarded a Silver Award for their Business Travel Plan.  A scheme that provides staff with access to the information they need to choose an alternative, more sustainable way of getting to work instead of travelling by car.
