Horizon won best day delegate rate (DDR) for the third year in a row, seeing off competition from the likes of the Clayton Crown Hotel in London.
It also won best onsite audio visual (AV) for the second year running, and was highly commended in the best boardroom – small meeting room category.
Megan MacBrairdy, general manager at Horizon, said: “As we approach our third birthday, it’s a fantastic achievement to be awarded best DDR for the third year in a row and best onsite AV for the second.
“I am so proud of how hard the team have worked this year, and this external recognition, along with our brilliant customer feedback, makes it all worthwhile.”

The CHS Awards provide hotels and venues with an opportunity to showcase their facilities, allowing venues to be recognised for an aspect, service or feature of their property or service.
The Awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 50 event professionals from agencies throughout the UK. More than 250 event industry professionals attended the third annual awards ceremony and gala dinner, on 11 May at the Royal Armouries, Leeds.
