The accolade honours leaders who deliver exceptional mountain biking experiences and who promote best practices in the mountain biking and adventure travel industries overall

H+I Adventures received the ‘Scottish Mountain Bike Tour Operator of the Year’ award at the 2016 Scottish Mountain Biking Conference in Aviemore. The accolade recognizes and celebrates leaders who deliver exceptional mountain biking experiences in Scotland and who demonstrate best practices to help raise the overall standard for mountain bikers visiting the region.

“We are honoured and humbled to be recognized for our commitment, creativity and innovation in the mountain biking industry,” said Euan Wilson, Co-Founder and Director of H+I Adventures. “We are immensely proud of our diverse team, from guides and logistics specialists to marketing experts, drivers, chefs, bike mechanics and even a ship’s captain, who all give 110% to the H+I Adventures’ mission to deliver unforgettable experiences and service to every one of our riders from around the globe. Because of our team’s dedication, many of our riders become like family to us, returning time and time again for the H+I experience and becoming part of our international clan of adventurers.”

H+I Adventures believes one of the key attributes of any successful business is strong collaboration. They have developed long-term, strategic brand partnerships with a small number of leading outdoor brands in the mountain biking industry who have helped raise the profile of mountain biking worldwide. Partnerships have included YETI Cycles, FOX Factory Ltd., and EVOC Sports.

H+I Adventures recently hosted pro riders Thomas Vanderham and Matt Hunter on their Coast-to-Coast Scotland mountain bike tour, which resulted in the creation of an inspiring video journey entitled ‘On Wandering.’

H+I Adventures was established in 2007 from a shared passion for mountain biking and mountain biking travel. Nearly ten years later, the tour company has grown to 15 mountain biking adventures in 11 destinations around the world. The team will continue to develop the most innovative and forward-thinking mountain bike tour operations in the adventure travel and mountain bike industries, whilst creating and sharing more high-quality media content and continuing to partner with industry leading brands.
