This year drp won the ‘Best Banking Communications Campaign’ for their project with Lloyd’s Banking Group. Held at the prestigious Merchant Taylors’ Hall in the City of London, 22nd February, over 200 top Consultancies, in-house teams and PR professionals were in attendance. Recognised twice in the ‘Best Banking Communications Campaign’ category, drp took home a win with Lloyd’s Banking Group and was nominated with Bibby Financial Services.
drp worked closely with Lloyd’s Banking Group to produce, create, manage, and deliver their most interactive company engagement day to date. The business required the engagement day to be hands-on, interactive and develop some practical skills that could be taken back into the entire company’s working environment. drp developed a challenge that had teams making their way around London undertaking 4 activities that each had different focussed outcomes: communication and collaboration, conflict resolution and rule interpretation, working under pressure, time management and planning, and knowledge of their field.

Within just one week of the event, their division saw a staggering 120% increase in members on their internal communication platform, where members could share feedback and pictures.
