Cannizaro House wins prestigiousThree Rosettes AA award

Cannizaro House has announced it has received its third prestigious Rosette Award.  Bestowed on a select group of outstanding restaurants that achieve standards which demand recognition well beyond their local area, Cannizaro House is elated to receive this celebrated and rare honour. Indeed, a mere ten percent of the restaurants/hotels within the AA Restaurant Guide have Three Rosettes and above, making Cannizaro's restaurant one of the top 150 restaurants in the UK.

Lead by talented head chef Christian George, Cannizaro's signature restaurant has warranted this honour by consistently and creatively offering the finest in British seasonal cuisine within a truly elegant setting.  As guests perch in deeply plush armchairs, they can survey George's carefully cultivated menu, which represents British cuisine with a distinctly sophisticated flair. Whether it be the Seared yellow fin tuna five flavours or a Roasted Cotswold wild duck with a crispy leg cigar; the food soars.

The latest accolade for the gourmet cuisine served at Cannizaro House coincides with the recent opening of the stylish new brasserie, The Orangerie. This al-fresco experience offers the very best in Mediterranean cuisine and a more relaxed atmosphere where guests are encouraged to share plates and boards of the best of artisan charcuterie and cheeses, alongside coastal freshly shucked oysters and flat top barbequing. The food is sourced by a 3rd generation, local, Sardinian supplier, who provides the charcuterie and cheeses from small, artisan producers in mainland Italy and Sardinia.

Perched proudly and majestically on 34 acres of parkland, Cannizaro House is a grand destination offering up an irresistible combination of a country manor and a stylish-rich boutique hotel. Having undergone a spectacular £3 million renovation, the property boasts a 300 year old history combined with a spectacularly fresh look.  Think four poster beds covered in the finest crisp linens, goose down pillows, picture windows, blazing fireplaces, silk wallpapers and deep sunken bathtubs; all 46 rooms and bathrooms have all been individually and artfully designed, in keeping with the look and feel of this Grade II listed building.
