Best Companies Accreditation awards Inntel two stars – ‘Outstanding’ for excellence in the workplace

Following a recent survey, Best Companies have awarded Inntel with an Outstanding star rating in acknowledgement of excellence in the workplace.
The Accreditation is a focus on Workplace Engagement as an integral component of an organisation’s success and growth.  Every organisation that goes for Best Companies Accreditation is given a Best Companies Index score (BCI). This score (on a scale of 1 to 1000) is defined from employee’s responses to questions within the Best Companies survey.  The measurement scale ranges from ‘One to Watch’, One Star Awarded for ‘First Class’, two stars for ‘Outstanding’ and three stars for ‘Extraordinary’.

Having been listed as ‘One to Watch’ in both 2009 and 2013, Douglas O’Neill Managing Director and Owner of Inntel was pleased with the progress and acknowledgement this award brings.

“I am delighted and very proud of what we have achieved at Inntel.  I believe the recognition is well deserved and a true reflection of all the hard work and dedication our employees put in”.

“We are constantly looking at ways to improve and evolve our staff engagement, and I believe a major factor in achieving this accreditation has been the investment in our new training department, now called the ‘Inntel Academy’.  The Academy offers a comprehensive, company-wide training and development plan for all new starters and existing employees, to ensure that Inntel are able to provide the required level of investment to enhance and develop our staff”.

When asked about what this award could mean for Inntel, Douglas added: “Whilst this award is a clear pat on the back to existing staff, it is also a great accolade which we hope will give Inntel a competitive edge and continue to attract top talent”.
