James Foice, Chief Executive of the ASAP, comments: ‘The ASAP Serviced Apartment Industry Awards programme is now well established in its 6th year, and I am extremely pleased to have secured the support of 8 very well-respected industry leaders representing different aspects of our industry, who are generously giving of their time to judge our 2018 Awards.  In particular I’d like to highlight that we have broadened our expert panel this year to include 3 new judges.  Firstly, in recognition of the significance of the relocation sector to our industry, it’s great to welcome Lesley Putnam from the Crown Worldwide Group to our panel.  I’m also delighted to have Juliet Price of the HBAA join us as a judge this year, in view of the important role of the booking agent to our sector as well as Michael Kessler of ReviewPro, who ASAP are partnering with in the critical area of online reputation management and guest satisfaction, so key to ASAP’s Quality Accreditation Programme.’

With the serviced apartment sector continuing to grow very strongly, and ASAP’s membership having increased to 191 members spanning 19 countries, a record level of entries is expected for the 2018 Awards, which champion excellence across the industry.  The countdown to the submission deadline for the 2018 Awards is well and truly underway with less than 6 weeks remaining for awards to be submitted – the submission deadline is Monday 13 August 2018 1700 BST.

The 2018 Awards shortlist will be announced at the ASAP Business Meeting and Networking event on Thursday 20 September with the final judging taking place in October.  All the award winners will be announced at the 2018 ASAP Awards Gala Dinner in London on 6 December.
