Arundel Castle awarded TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence for third year running

Celebrations at Arundel Castle in West Sussex are in full flow as the Castle has been awarded the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence 2015 – scooping the accolade for the third consecutive year.
A global awards scheme, the Certificate of Excellence recognises the attractions accommodations, and eateries that consistently create the perfect trip for travellers and visitors.

Arundel Castle’s team can be particularly proud to be commended with the 2015 Certificate of Excellence as less than 20% of this year’s recognised establishments are attractions.

The key to Arundel Castle’s success over the last three years has been a steady flow of complimentary TripAdvisor reviews from its enamoured visitors, highlighting everything from outstanding customer service to knowledgeable guides, the spectacular gardens and tasty offerings in the Castle’s restaurant.

Castle Manager Bryan McDonald commented: “Everyone at Arundel Castle is delighted to be awarded with the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence once again. We all take great pride in our work and all endeavour to ensure that each and every visitor has an enjoyable and memorable experience of the Castle and its gardens.

“We would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our visitors, especially those who have kindly taken the time to give us feedback on TripAdvisor. I personally read every review, and we really do value, and learn from, what our visitors have to say.

Arundel Castle is open to visitors from Tuesday to Sunday, Mondays in August and Bank Holiday Mondays. Tickets are priced from £9.
