Research consultancy BVA BDRC announces VenueVerdict awards for 2018

All venue managers worth their salt know that to attract and retain business, you have to consistently provide a great customer experience.  That is why many venues participate in a research programme that gives them regular feedback on how they performed, and how their scores compare with their competitors.

BVA BDRC’s VenueVerdict does just that.  Venues (including hotels, meeting venues, specialist conference centres, stadiums, serviced offices and unusual venues) access feedback from meeting planners through an online platform which reviews all aspects of the experience -  from how well the initial enquiry was handled to what the catering was like on the day. Venues that consistently provide an excellent customer experience are awarded the VenueVerdict Gold Standard or Commended by VenueVerdict accreditations.  Those with the very highest scores are awarded VenueVerdict awards.

The VenueVerdict awards are determined entirely by the voice of the customer and based on the meeting experience.  No exclusive judging panels, just recognition as a result of genuine event hosts’ feedback.
The following awards are given to venues and groups which represent the top scorers in their categories:

"Customers increasingly value transparency from their suppliers, and the meetings industry is no different.  Independent feedback about the meeting experience really identifies venues that deliver for their clients. The VenueVerdict awards and accreditations celebrate the venues that have consistently excelled in their service and product delivery. My congratulations go to all winners for their hard work and well-earned achievements in 2018."
