The next edition of the fair, organised by IFEMA, will be held from 22 to 24 September in halls 4 and 6 at IFEMA - Feria de Madrid.  
The international buyers programme at the fair will focus on Latin America, and will have representatives from Ripley (Chile), Cosiris/ Tiendas Fusión (Costa Rica), Arza (Mexico), Chapur (Mexico), Zapaterias Pakar (Mexico), Shoes América (Miami), and Vezzo Calzado (Uruguay), among others


MOMAD Shoes, the International Footwear and Accessories Show, is making good progress in the marketing of its next edition, which will be held between 22 and 24 September in halls 4 and 6 at IFEMA-Feria de Madrid. The fair, organised by IFEMA, has already reached 7,000 square metres of net surface area and anticipates exceeding the occupancy level of the March 2017 edition.

This forecast was announced at the meeting of the MOMAD Shoes organising committee on 5 July. As well as the participation data, other key points on the upcoming edition of the fair were discussed, such as actions to be conducted with exhibitors as part of the fair’s communication plan, the international buyers programme, and the dates of upcoming editions.

In terms of participation, more than 2 months before the event, several prominent firms have confirmed they will be returning, including Mascaró, Mayoral, Pons Quintana, Pura López, Chie Mihara, Pertini, Luisetti, Victoria, Exé, ChiKa10, Xti, Vidorreta, Alma en Pena, Coolway, Gioseppo, Mustang, and Dchicas.

What’s more, other brands like Paredes and Hannibal Laguna will return to MOMAD Shoes September 2017 after a hiatus, along with new and emerging firms like Koala Bay, Gurú, Dorothy Mambo, Abraham Zambrana and Las Pacas.

Also noteworthy at the upcoming edition of MOMAD Shoes is the increased selection of children’s footwear offerings, with the participation of companies like Acebo´s, Guantitos, Pachocle, and Calzados Xiquets, as well an increase in the number of Portuguese exhibitors.

Moreover, MOMAD Shoes September 2017 will have buyers from Latin America, who have shown their interest in the fair and form part of this edition’s international programme. This edition will have    representatives from Ripley (Chile), Cosiris/ Tiendas Fusión (Costa Rica), Arza (Mexico), Chapur (Mexico), Zapaterias Pakar (Mexico), Shoes América (Miami), and Vezzo Calzado (Uruguay), among others.
