ANA redesigns Japanese flag to inspire national team to another historic victory

ANA redesigns Japanese flag
ANA, Japan’s largest and only 5-star airline, took over London’s Piccadilly Circus yesterday evening to wish its national team ‘good luck’ as it continues its sporting efforts.
Following Team Japan’s heroic victory on Saturday, all eyes are on Gloucester today as the team competes against Scotland. The full motion screen in Piccadilly Circus showed the Japanese flag with a “reimagined” red ‘sun’, hoping to inspire the team to further success.

As sponsor of the Ladies Professional Golf Association’s ‘ANA Inspiration’ tournament, ANA is building strong connections in the sporting world. Yesterday’s screen takeover will be complemented by mobile van advertising coinciding with today’s game, with ANA flying the flag for its national team around the city of Gloucester.

Mr. Yutaka Ito, Senior Vice President of ANA EMEA said: “ANA has been truly inspired by the fantastic achievement of our national team in the UK. As Japan’s largest airline, we wanted to show our appreciation for their efforts and do our part to cheer our team to victory once again.”
