A very special plane joins Pegasus

Ada E. Plane
Pegasus’ young and expanding fleet welcomes its long-anticipated plane Ada E. coated with nine-year-old Ada Eminagaoglu's drawing of her dream holiday for its World’s Most Wonderful Gift competition. Ada E., the plane named after the young winner, is the latest to join Turkey’s youngest fleet.
Turkey’s leading low-cost carrier, Pegasus Airlines, continues to expand its fleet with Ada E. as the latest plane to join its fleet as part of Pegasus’ investment in 40 next-generation Boeing 737-800s.

Pegasus continues the tradition of naming its planes after the newborn daughters of the Pegasus team, also known as the Pegasus Family, by now extending it to engage Pegasus guests with the World’s Most Wonderful Gift competition. This latest creative campaign included a drawing competition inviting young female guests to illustrate their dream holiday.

Bearing Ada Eminagaoglu’s name and her winning image for the World’s Most Wonderful Gift competition, the latest new plane to join Pegasus’ young fleet was introduced at a special ceremony. Ada received her award plaque and an even bigger surprise then awaited her.

At the launch of Ada E., Pegasus Airlines Chairman Ali Sabanci said: “We have been injecting dynamism into Turkey’s aviation industry since the very beginning and it has always been our mission to produce creative, pioneering and innovative campaigns. We also pay special attention to creating projects that involve our younger guests. It is my wish that Ada’s dream holiday will now inspire all our guests’ travels.”
