KLM launches #HappytoHelp

This week, KLM is highlighting its unique approach to customer service to passengers around the world, with the #HappytoHelp campaign.
From Monday 13 to Friday 17 October, KLM’s #HappytoHelp campaign will see a dedicated customer service team operate from a special glass pavilion at Amsterdam Schiphol, as well as at various airports around the world.

Open 24 hours a day and promoting the very best in customer service, the #HappytoHelp team will mirror KLM’s own high quality 24 hour customer service for its passengers, across the five day period.  

The campaign will highlight the importance that KLM places on top quality customer service, with all queries and requests dealt with in an open, caring, and personal manner, aiming to ensure a swift and professional response.
