Flights to India now available for booking with airberlin

airberlin has extended its codeshare agreement with its strategic partner Etihad Airways to include flights to India. Daily connections are now available via Abu Dhabi to Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kochi, Mumbai and New Delhi. Tickets to these six destinations can be booked with airberlin from today.

Thanks to seven additional services between Berlin and Abu Dhabi starting on the 26th October 2014, the number of destinations available with Etihad Airways via Abu Dhabi has increased from 19 to 43, with destinations in the Gulf, northern Asia (Beijing, Shanghai, Tokyo Narita), South-East Asia (Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta) and Australia (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane).

In future, airberlin is also planning to include Perth and Seoul as destinations in its codeshare network with Etihad Airways.

The new codeshare connections can be booked online and through the airline's Service Center.
