Cholmondeley Pageant of Power extends hospitality contract with Horseradish

Cholmondeley Pageant of Power has extended its partnership with event hospitality provider Horseradish for a further two years.
Attracting more than 54,000 visitors over three days, Cholmondeley Pageant of Power is the UK’s most dynamic motorsport event – the only place to see explosive power on track, water and in the air. This year the event will be opened by legendary rock band, Status Quo.

American Express enters into agreement to create joint venture for business travel

American Express Company has today announced that it has signed an agreement to create a joint venture for its Global Business Travel division (GBT). Under the agreement, American Express will share ownership of the joint venture with an investor group led by Certares. In the proposed transaction, American Express will separate its GBT operations into a dedicated holding structure, which will include certain assets and liabilities that currently comprise GBT, and will have a 50% ownership stake in the joint venture following the closing.

Dominvs Group acquires prime London Tower Bridge site

The former Tower Bridge Magistrates' Court and Police station 0.62 acre site in Tooley Street London, has been acquired by the London based Asset Management firm, Dominvs Group.
The 46,000sq.ft Grade II listed property lends itself well to a number of alternative uses, the most appropriate being a luxury 150-200 unit Hotel scheme that will regenerate and reposition the site as a landmark for the area.
