American Express Meetings & Events renews partnership with DoubleDutch

New functionalities drive attendee engagement and add value for American Express Meetings & Events clients
American Express Meetings & Events , a division of American Express Global Business Travel (GBT), today announced the renewal of its partnership with DoubleDutch, a leading provider of event technology. DoubleDutch supports American Express Meetings & Events with mobile attendee experience solutions for clients with mature and robust meetings & events programme

DoubleDutch’s event management platform transforms live events by creating captivating attendee experiences that foster authentic human connection and generate valuable insights.

Incorporated into the renewal agreement, DoubleDutch engagement data is now available within Meetings Insights, a centralised data platform for American Express Meetings & Events. The result is rich in insights and reporting around individual events as well as across an entire meetings programme.

Additionally, the renewed agreement now integrates travel data into event apps to create a one-stop shop for attendees travelling to their event, providing a more seamless and integrated attendee experience. As DoubleDutch continues to expand upon its already feature-rich platform, clients also continue to benefit from new features, including personalised content for attendees, safety check prompts and advanced surveys.

“Our clients trust us to find partners that help enhance the attendee experience,” said Linda McNairy, Global Vice President, American Express Meetings & Events. “DoubleDutch apps have delivered on engaging and energising attendees for our clients, and we’re happy to have not only renewed but enriched our relationship with them.”

As a part of the Meetings MarketplaceTM, DoubleDutch has been vetted against American Express Meetings & Events’ standards for finance, compliance and security.
