DoubleDutch’s event management platform transforms live events by creating captivating attendee experiences that foster authentic human connection and generate valuable insights.
Incorporated into the renewal agreement, DoubleDutch engagement data is now available within Meetings Insights, a centralised data platform for American Express Meetings & Events. The result is rich in insights and reporting around individual events as well as across an entire meetings programme.
Additionally, the renewed agreement now integrates travel data into event apps to create a one-stop shop for attendees travelling to their event, providing a more seamless and integrated attendee experience. As DoubleDutch continues to expand upon its already feature-rich platform, clients also continue to benefit from new features, including personalised content for attendees, safety check prompts and advanced surveys.
