ConferencesGroup sees 90% uplift in demand from international market

The Meeting Incentives Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) industry has experienced significant growth across the globe, particularly in the meetings segment, owing to an upturn in the travel and tourism industry, increase in international business travel, and rise in government initiatives for the development of MICE segment and the small and medium enterprises (SME) sector. ConferencesGroup has seen particular interest from UK companies wishing to hold conferences and events in New York, Los Angeles, Pennsylvania (USA) Iceland, Frankfurt, Poland and Dubai with clients including the likes of Go Compare, HSBC, Macmillan Cancer Support and Aurum Holdings – parent company to Watches of Switzerland, Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb, Rolex Watches and online platform WatchShop.
