ITA Group receives Great Place to Work Certification

ITA Group, which creates and manages incentives, events and recognition programs, announced it has received the 2018 Great Place to Work certification for its positive workplace culture and commitment to employee wellbeing.
Certification eligibility is based on ratings provided by team members in anonymous surveys. According to the study, 94 percent of ITA Group team members say it is a great place to work.


“This certification is a testament to the culture we co-create here at ITA Group,” said Pleasure Allen, Manager of People & Culture at ITA Group. “Our people are our most important asset, and we strive to provide an environment that promotes engagement, motivation and a connection to the organization.”  

ITA Group team members completed 304 surveys, with a 90% confidence level and a ± 2.97 margin of error. The organization offers employee programs including an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), financial wellness and support, community involvement/ volunteer time off, formal recognition, flexible work schedules and a variety of diversity and inclusion initiatives, among others.  

The findings include employee ratings of 98 percent for “great atmosphere” and “great pride”, with 97 percent reporting “great challenges” and “great rewards”.
