Enhancing the visitor experience through exceptional food and drink underpins Levy Restaurants’ philosophy.
They will be working closely with ALVA throughout the year to further understand the key factors in delivering treasured memories for guests, as well as sharing insights, best practice and the value of high quality catering with ALVA’s members.

Levy Restaurants has a long standing presence in the sector with a broad range of catering partnerships across cultural venues including Edinburgh Zoo, Salisbury Cathedral, Somerset House and the Glyndebourne Festival. This year has seen the opening of six new cafes and bars at IWM Duxford, HMS Belfast and Churchill War Rooms.
Made up of 66 members and over 2200 sites, ALVA represents the achievements and interests of some of the UK's most iconic and popular destinations including museums, galleries, palaces, castles, cathedrals, zoos, historic houses, heritage sites, gardens and leisure attractions. Receiving over 119 million domestic and overseas visitors each year, association members host around 28% of the total visits made annually in the UK.
