Samantha Galsworthy, corporate event manager at EGG welcomed guests and invited them to enjoy the opportunity of discovering the versatility of EGG London.
New ISES UK President Kelly Baker outlined her plans for the coming year to over 200 event professionals attending.
Baker explained how the focus would be on fine tuning member benefits in line with the modern industry. This ranged from an extended series of networking events, taking in the regions, engaging related brand creative professionals and technology sectors, forging closer cooperation with international ISES counterparts, particularly the Europe, Middle East and Africa chapters. Education was on the agenda with a new partnership between Ashdown Academy and ISES UK, offering CIM accredited courses introduced by course director Justine Kane. Kelly then introduced the new UK Board to the audience – which filled the stage:

Across the four areas of EGG, House Of Beau added a few experiential twists to the evening with its Imagination Emporium presenting a mix of stunning acts to surprise and delight, working alongside Partridge Events to entertain guests. Exquisite Cocktails prepared freshly made to order drinks and presented a cocktails masterclass, while Ravenous Catering and Events tantalised taste buds, in surroundings created by Event Prop Hire.
Giant Itab carried a members survey and Tweet Wall Pro added more technology to give guests a truly interactive social media experience, with a prize for the best photo tweeted on the night with the #ISESUKAGM hashtag, along with a dinner for two at Home House for the winners of a treasure hunt.
