Taking place over three consecutive Friday’s (28 March - 11 April) at London’s Church House Conference Centre, the intimate breakfast meetings will offer an in-depth look at industry issues from social media to writing award entries.
Simon Burton from Exposure Communications kicks-off the series with an open workshop looking at how best to use Social Media in conjunction with your events, as well as discussing how it has changed the way we market and engage with communities.
Upcoming editions of ISESPOWERHOURS also include guest speakers Gareth Dimelow from George P Johnson (Friday 4 April) and Michelle Tayton at Eventive Communications (Friday 11 April) who will deliver headline talks on "Inspiring use of technology in events" and “How to write award winning event submissions” respectively.
Terence Corness, Director of Education, ISES UK comments: “We’ve worked hard to create a series of educational sessions that deliver our members, and industry professionals, with practical inside knowledge of issues affecting the events sector. ISESPOWERHOURS is a great educational initiative that allows us to showcase and develop high quality minds working in our industry, and offers the chance for a bit of networking too.”
These one off sessions will allow a select few, up to 20, to learn first-hand tips and tricks from some of the industry’s leading players. Each unique workshop runs from 8.30 – 10 am and includes breakfast.
