The agency has seen double-digit revenue growth over the previous three years, continuing momentum in 2013 with figures up 20 per cent from 2012. Growth comes from wins with pharmaceutical, technology and financial services sector clients as well as sustained performance across group travel, venue finding, strategic meetings management (SMM) and the live events divisions.

Further growth in 2014 and beyond is supported by a number of new hires. The appointments of Liz Quinton as operations director and Andrea Petrucci as financial controller complete the leadership team alongside managing director Ian Cummings and Jane Baker, commercial director. During 2013 the global agency bolstered the account management and live events teams, with further additions to the 79-strong team planned this year.
