During this time, Evolve Events has been responsible for transforming the building, which was once solely the home of Westminster Synagogue, into a successful events venue. Since appointing Evolve Events, the venue has become a frequent backdrop for conferences, product launches and corporate events, achieving a 20% increase in business year-on-year.
Evolve Events has worked hard to create a venue that retains and embraces its royal history whilst ensuring that the building is up to the required modern standards as an events space. Recent refurbishments include restoration of the Marble Hall and refreshed décor for the Rutland Room. As the events business has grown, Evolve Events have appointed an extensive list of suppliers for the venue, including specialist suppliers for Kosher and Asian catering.
During Evolve Events’ management, Kent House Knightsbridge has become a popular venue choice in the financial, retail and charity sectors, recently welcoming companies such as HSBC, Pret A Manger and The National Theatre through its doors.
Gary Peters, managing director of Evolve Events, commented: “Making the journey from a synagogue to an events venue required industry expertise and we have been delighted to oversee this process over the past decade. We have continually strived to turn Kent House Knightsbridge into one of London’s most popular events spaces, utilising styling and theming, whilst being sensitive to the day-to-day requirements of the Synagogue. We are proud to be celebrating our 10th anniversary at Kent House Knightsbridge and look forward to many more years of working together.”
To celebrate the anniversary, Evolve Events is holding an Agency Dinner at Kent House Knightsbridge on 25th February 2014 in order to thank fellow agencies for their support over the last ten years and preview future packages at the venue.
