With passenger numbers set to double by 2036 and the Budget announcement on 29 October that e-passport gates will be extended to travellers from the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Japan, airports are looking for ways to make the process of travelling through airport security as simple and seamless as possible.

drp publishes White Paper debated at Parliament

Creative communications agency drp has released a white paper which was debated in Parliament at the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for events chaired by Member of Parliament, James Heappey. Over 100 communications professionals contributed to the paper, which explores the gap between perception and reality in modern organisations and the language and practice in communications.

GTMC takes the voice of business travel to Parliament

The GTMC hosted a parliamentary dinner on the evening of Monday 12 November, bringing together the association’s membership and influential MPs for an evening of discussion and debate around topics impacting business travel.
Around 40 representatives from the GTMC’s travel management company membership attended alongside 11 members of parliament. The lively debate included dialogue on the likes of Brexit, runway capacity, ground transportation links, APD, border control and more.
