Badrutt's Palace appoints new Executive Chef

Badrutt’s Palace has announced the appointment of their new Executive Chef, Michel Jost, set to join the team in October 2015. With a passion for creating exciting taste adventures, Geneva born Jost brings with him a wealth of international culinary experience, having worked in South Africa, Israel, Greece and the UAE.

Jost’s previous positions have seen him spearhead, plan and implement large-scale events, including the Formula One in Abu Dhabi and the World Economic Forum (WEF) in 2013. In addition, he has supervised a variety of international restaurants, helping them gain global recognition for their outstanding Asian and International cuisine, resulting in numerous nominations and awards from both the media and trade.  

“It didn’t take long for the unique atmosphere of Badrutt’s Palace Hotel and the strong team behind the hotel to convince me that I wanted to become part of the Palace family. As Executive Chef, I am looking forward to delivering the finest quality cuisine to further the special guest experience, which Badrutt’s Palace is famous for,” Jost comments.
