Yoga retreats with Buddhist Monk, Loten Dahortsang, bring spiritual serenity to The Chedi Andermatt

This summer, The Chedi Andermatt is offering a series of four-night exclusive Rejuvenate in Style Yoga Retreats. The experience will be led by Tibetan spiritual advisor and Buddhist monk, Loten Dahorstang - widely considered to be one of the world's leading spiritual experts.
Guests on the Rejuvenate in Style Yoga Retreat looking to restore their body's physical and mental wellbeing by banishing negative energies, will find the restorative powers of the Alpine air, bright sunshine and panoramic mountain vistas the perfect setting for a Yoga Retreat.

Both seasoned yogis and newcomers alike will benefit from daily, 3-hour long, Mindfulness Meditation and Lu Jong yoga sessions with Loten Dahorstang. As well as the yoga sessions, as part of the retreat, guests can expect a welcome drink, a breakfast buffet, a daily vegetarian meal and a farewell Afternoon Tea.  

After a day of rejuvenation, guests can choose to unwind in the award winning The Spa's new Tibetan inspired relaxation lounge. The 2,400sqm spa offers Finnish saunas, scented salt and steam baths or for those seeking some restoration before a daily three-course vegetarian meal in The Restaurant, there is always the outdoor pool with hot and cold plunge pools.  

Starting from £2,030 (CHF 2,900) for four nights in a Deluxe Room, the retreats take place on the following dates; 15- 19 June, 20- 24 July 2015, 24-28 August 2015 and 21- 25 September 2015.
