The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa unveils an innovative new spa and brunch experience

The Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa in Edinburgh has launched “sprunch”, a fabulous experience that combines relaxation in its award-winning One Spa with brunch in One Square, the hotel’s stylish restaurant.
Sprunch starts with a treatment in One Spa, followed by a two-course brunch in One Square. The sprunch package will change seasonally with spring’s offering incorporating a Face & Back Facial - an exfoliation of the back, neck and shoulders, followed by an intensive facial and scalp massage that leaves the skin re-hydrated and the body and mind deeply relaxed.

This is complemented with access to Escape at One with a wonderfully soothing range of heat and water experiences in the tranquil Thermal Suite, followed by relaxation in the iconic rooftop Hydropool  

After a truly restful morning in One Spa, the sprunch experience continues with brunch in One Square. Served from 11am to 2.30pm, the new sprunch menu offers a choice of savoury and sweet dishes, all containing nutritional ingredients that promote general health and wellbeing. Current offerings on the sprunch menu include traditional brunch favourites such as Classic Eggs Benedict or Salmon Fish Cakes, accompanied by lighter dishes including Greek Yoghurt with Mint, Apple and Coconut Crunch or a Seasonal Fruit Salad. The sprunch menu is served with either a Fruit Gin Fizz - in homage to One Square’s collection of 52 premium gins - or a Soya Blueberry Smoothie for the more health-conscious.  

The sprunch experience at the Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa costs £135 per person including a Face & Back Facial, Escape at One with exclusive access to One Spa’s thermal suite and hydropool, and a two-course brunch with either a Fruit Gin Fizz or a Soya Blueberry Smoothie. The spring sprunch offering is available daily until end May 2014.
