The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) - the leading not-for-profit trade body for the serviced apartment sector – is delighted to welcome two new members to its already strong Advisory Board, with immediate effect.

Robert Alley is Chief Operating Officer for ASAP Member Roomzzz, while Stephen Hanton is currently president of ASAP Member Synergy Global Housing’s international division, based in London, and was previously CEO at SACO - also an ASAP Member.

Robert Alley said: “I am absolutely delighted to be joining the Advisory Board for ASAP and can't wait to get involved and contribute to the long term plan for growth and success of our sector.

“ASAP provides a crucial platform for our development and commercial needs. I'm excited to support our members and very grateful to all those that voted for my inclusion.”

Stephen Hanton added: “I’m honoured and delighted to represent the Association for a second time on the Advisory Board. I’ve been involved for a long time, and it’s amazing how far the sector, and the Association, have developed. I’m looking forward to helping James and the team continue this progress.”

James Foice, CEO at ASAP, expanded: “I am delighted to welcome two such well-respected industry leaders, at a hugely exciting and challenging time for the sector.

“As an Association, we are about to embark on a programme that ensures our Members are the first choice of accommodation for buyers and travellers, and Robert and Stephen will be instrumental in gaining the traction we need in the wider industry.

“I look forward to introducing them at our Members’ Meeting in September, when we will also be launching a number of new initiatives for the Serviced Apartment industry.”
