CTI boosts Bristol operation with new appointments

Kate Hemmings and Caren Woodman
CTI, the leading regional business travel provider, has reinforced its service offering with the appointment of two experts in the hotel and travel sector at its Bristol hub office.
Caren Woodman has been promoted to lead the company’s Bristol hub as Head of CTI Bristol. Caren has worked for CTI for over 16 years and, with a detailed knowledge of its operations and client management – particularly across the South West, she will be responsible for driving the growth of CTI’s presence in the region.

Kate Hemmings is newly appointed as Sales Partnership Manager for Hotels. She joins CTI with 16 years’ experience having worked for some of the world’s largest hotel groups including Hilton. She began her career in both leisure and business travel, and has developed a vast knowledge of how hotels and events work from behind the scenes.

Bristol has been a key CTI hub since it was opened in 2013 as CTI (1980 Inc. as Hotelscene). Today, CTI Bristol handles over 700 transactions per day and employs over 50 people.

Clive Wratten, CEO of CTI, said: “Bristol is a longstanding and key hub in CTI’s regional network, and we identified the opportunity to enhance its offering through further investment in our team.

“I’m sure that both Caren and Kate will make a substantial contribution to our hub, enhancing our expertise there in hotels, and in sales and client management.”
