BridgeStreet Global Hospitality announces new Regional Vice President of Sales Operations

BridgeStreet Global Hospitality – the leading solution for international serviced apartment experiences – announces the appointment of Greg Kavanagh to the role of Regional Vice President, Sales Operations. In his new role with BridgeStreet, Greg will oversee the launch of Mode Aparthotel, which is slated for openings Spring 2017 in Paris and Washington, D.C. Additionally, Greg will handle owner  relationsfor managed assets in the U.S. and key sales functions.

Greg  brings 32 years of hospitality sales and operations experience, most recently as senior vice president of sales & marketing with Interstate Hotels & Resorts, where he oversaw a portfolio of hotels with revenues of over $200 million.  Working with a regional team, he managed diverse properties in both major and smaller markets for ownership groups such as Blackstone and Investcorp. 

Greg also led Interstate’s sales training programs, including their annual sales conference.  Prior to being promoted into a corporate role with Interstate, he was a property general manager responsible for several renovations and property conversions, dealing with major brands as well as independent hotels.  He holds a bachelor’s degree from Miami University and enjoys traveling , history, architecture, and gardening.
