Maybourne Hotel Group appoints new Director of Sales & Marketing

Maybourne Hotel Group, London’s leading owner and operator of renowned luxury hotels Claridge’s, the Connaught and the Berkeley, has announced the appointment of Brona Kelly as Group Director of Sales & Marketing.

Brona Kelly joins the group from the Corinthia Hotel London, where she joined prior to the hotel’s launch in 2010, as the Director of Sales & Marketing. Prior to this, Brona Kelly was Group Director of Sales for the Maybourne Hotel Group, overseeing sales for the Berkeley, the Connaught and Claridge’s.  

As Group Director of Sales & Marketing, Brona Kelly will be responsible for overseeing the Sales & Marketing teams in London, and the sales team in the regional sales offices in New York and Los Angeles, as well as planning and executing the commercial strategy for the group. She will be leading the celebrated hotels into a new era, as London continues to be at the forefront of the luxury travel industry.  

Brona Kelly started her career in hotels in London nearly 30 years ago, working in many various roles in operations in what is today the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. Following two years at The Westbury in New York, Kelly returned to London to move into Sales and today she brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the position. Born in Ireland, Kelly received her degree in Hotel & Catering Management in Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
